ClearPath Auto is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout Wake County, and the surrounding areas. These vehicles are being sold as is, where is with no liens or holds.
A $150 deposit will be required to bid. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.
There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium added to the purchase price of the vehicle.
Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000. This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice. Under no circumstances will invoices be split to circumvent this rule.
If a vehicle is marked "Yes" next to "Runs," it means the engine was able to run for at least 20 seconds.
If a vehicle is marked "Yes" next to "Drives," it means we were able to move it forward and in reverse a few feet.
All vehicles are assumed to require a jump start, or new battery (due to the nature of abandoned vehicles)
WE DO NOT TEST DRIVE VEHICLES ON MAIN ROADS, HIGHWAYS, OR UNDER NORMAL TRAFFIC CONDITIONS.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of each vehicle’s condition; however, we are not mechanics and do not perform inspections. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Buyers should not assume that running vehicles are road-worthy or can be operated safely in their current condition. All vehicles should be inspected by a qualified professional before they are driven on public roads.
Buyers are responsible for assessing and verifying a vehicle’s condition before placing a bid. If you would like to schedule a vehicle preview before bidding, previews are available by appointment.
All bids are final. Winning bidders are fully responsible for their purchase—no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. We strongly recommend using a trailer or tow service to remove vehicles from the lot after purchase.
